Jeffrey A. Gordon, CPA, CGMA
Jeffrey A. Gordon, CPA, CGMA is a Principal and the Chief Operating Officer of LBA Haynes Strand, PLLC. Jeff joined the firm in 1988, shortly after it was founded, and has extensive experience serving the tax and accounting needs of clients. His determination, integrity, and strong leadership capabilities have made him an invaluable asset to the Firm. Jeff is based in the Mount Airy office.
Over the years, Jeff has helped to create a solid foundation for LBA Haynes Strand, one that is based on providing exceptional client service. Jeff’s unwavering commitment to clients and employees, as well as his driven and goal-oriented nature, are significant contributing factors to the company’s successes.
Jeff’s expertise includes partnership taxation with a concentration in real estate. He understands the importance of managing and running your own business, which has proved to be a vital strength in his management consulting for clients. Jeff also has experience in the trucking industry, giving him substantial knowledge in multi-state taxation.
Outside of the office, Jeff is extremely involved in the local community. He is a member of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA), treasurer of the Stokes County Youth Basketball League, and the current director of First Baptist Church of King’s Child Development Center. In previous years, Jeff was the treasurer, as well as president, of the Greater Mount Airy Chamber of Commerce. He was a Chamber Board Member for 12 years, and has also served as treasurer for the Mount Airy Museum of Regional History.
Jeff’s vision for the future of LBA Haynes Strand, his tremendous respect for its history, and his steadfast commitment to clients have allowed the Firm to not only survive for nearly 3 decades, but to thrive.
