Julie Ayers, CPA, CGMA, CCIFP
“As a certified public accountant, I focus on individuals to see their goals through their eyes. I give personal proactive advice after understanding each person’s measure of success. When an individual succeeds, so does their company. I enjoy that.”
Julie’s ability to help clients overcome financial obstacles began when she worked for a prominent property management company that managed prestigious condominiums in Washington, DC.
Faced with unsold condominiums and a downturn in the market, condominium associations turned to her to find ways to reduce their overwhelming financial burden. Julie understood that by helping the association – she was also helping the individual owners save their homes. Armed with this knowledge and the passion to help people, she left the company and became a CPA to work in public practice.
Julie knows the complexities of tax law and understands how to apply regulations to serve your needs. She takes a personal approach to each client and works tirelessly in delivering the best possible CPA results. Indeed, Julie excels at offering creative alternatives to help you reach your goals.
Julie wears many hats at our firm. Julie is not only a Principal, she is also the head of our Charter School Accounting Division.
